Led by founder and principal consultant Ben Mustin, every member of our team brings senior-level expertise, leadership, empathy and experience to the challenges we take on together.
BEN MUSTIN
As a Founder, Executive and Culture Leader, I have a proven track record of achieving objectives and organizational growth with growth-stage companies. I’ve built deep experience in the CPG and food industries. My work in product innovation includes close multi-year collaborations with MolsonCoors, Coca-Cola & Odwalla, P&G, and Whole Foods as well as many growth-stage food and beverage brands.
I've founded food companies, helped founders and CEOs to grow their business through strategic problem solving, great storytelling and even better execution. I built and ran an industrial canning facility. I geek out on ethnography, the history of social change, ethnobotany, fermentation and leadership. I am a voracious student of culture and performance.
From my work on product innovation with Coors, to leading a team to develop an organizational learning consulting practice area, to building companies from an idea to market, I love listening deeply and collaborating to solve complex problems. I thrive in environments where we measure results, learn from them, and create a connection between the work we do, the goals we pursue, and the people we serve.
I'm driven by curiosity, a relentless pursuit of better answers, and the joy of a high-functioning culture and team. My purpose is to meet the people I love where they are and support them to get where they dream of going.
